InitiativeOne is proud to have David Radosevich, Ph.D., as an extended member of our team through our partnership with the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. David is the Austin E. Cofrin Endowed Chair of Business at the university. For over a decade, David has been helping organizations develop and maximize their human capital to drive business success. He lectures regularly on the fusion of business and psychology to drive workplace best practice and business performance. His work has been published in several journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology, International Journal of Business Research, and Innovate. He also contributes to the Academy of Management and American Psychological Association, among other professional organizations.

What is your educational background?

Graduated Summa Cum Laude in Pyschology from McDaniel College. He also earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York.

What is your professional background?

Professor for two decades teaching leadership development, team building, human resources, and psychology. Business consultant, primarily focusing on executive assessment.Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Being a dad

Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls is a recent book that has sparked the most innocent and profound questions about life and leadership from my five year old daughter.
