Initiative One: Leadership Development (The iOne Signature Process)
Design of the InitiativeOne Process:Step 1: Organizational Assessment – One to Two day interview process and data collection to identify patterns of communication, decision making, formal leadership, informal leadership, and root cause barriers that hold the organization back from greater success.
Step 2: Transformation Process - 9 weekly, 3- hour facilitated group sessions in which the individual and organizational barriers are addressed while providing timeless leadership principles and frameworks that sustain positive change. The process is designed to move the team toward a trust-based, vision driven team capable of leading significant, sustainable and accelerated change that produces greater organizational results.
Step 3: Sustaining the Transformation – 4 quarterly, 3-hour facilitated group sessions in which the team reviews their progress related to individual and organizational change. The sessions are designed to challenge progress, reinforce and renew commitment to the ideal “team culture” and “individual leadership behaviors” that create the environment necessary for future success.
Step 4: Revitalization – an abbreviated 5 weekly, 3-hour facilitated group session to reengage past participants and integrate new leaders into the culture formulated through the proprietary process. (This is an optional step implemented when key organizational leaders identify waning engagement, results or a needed booster shot for the team.)
