Module One: Teamwork Foundation

This first module is an introduction to the foundation of team building. By introducing basics of creating a safe environment, extending the company’s vision and values, and understanding culture, users will be able to understand the goal of iOne online and the direction in which the training will go throughout the modules.

Module Two: Teamwork Communication

Building on the first module, module two continues to outline the importance of positive communication across the organization.

Module Three: Team Up for Accountability

Continuing along the theme of the role of teamwork and communication, module three outlines the importance of accountability and responsibility in the corporate environment.

Module Four: Team Culture

This capstone of the modules speaks to the role culture plays within the team as a whole. Understanding and cultivating a positive culture allows for optimal management and work environments.

InitiativeOne Online Leadership Training Program (iOne Online) is the next step in the evolution of leadership training and culture change within your business. iOne Online incorporates branding functions unique to each company subscribing to the process. The specific company vision and core values are outlined in the first face-to-face session of your leadership process, and are built into your online subscription. The introduction to the program is further customized to your company with your logo and a photo. iOne Online then regenerates the body of work from your process and channels it throughout your team.
