Initiative One: Initiative's Retreat

Initiative’s Retreat is situated on picturesque Washington Island, which lies 90 miles north of Green Bay, Wisconsin, on Lake Michigan in renowned Door County. Accessible only by ferry, the island spans approximately 22 square miles of unspoiled rural tranquility and offers a wide variety of outdoor recreational opportunities, ranging from hiking and boating to fresh water salmon fishing. The retreat is a site available for all InitiativeOne leadership or strategic planning programs for organizations interested in providing an environment away from the stress and pressure of office demands. The retreat accommodates (overnight) groups of up to 16 participants. We personalize the programs to achieve the retreat objectives set forth by the organization.
