This service includes 30 to 40 hours per quarter and is designed to provide support to individual team members during the real-time execution of accelerated change. Consulting provides a safety net for addressing everyday implementation issues and maintaining a trust-based environment.


Consulting - Organizational Assessment

Includes interviews with 7-12 key stakeholders/executive leaders and summary report with recommendation. (This involves 1- 1 1/2 day of interviews, verbal summary of findings and recommendations at the end of the 2nd day followed by a written summary of findings and recommendations within 7-10 business days.)
