Dr. Johnson is the results-oriented Chief Executive Officer and Founder of InitiativeOne. He has developed and implemented the InitiativeOne proprietary processes that create cultural change within corporate and organizational environments by focusing on improving the behaviors of key leaders. Implementation of these processes results in verifiable improvement in morale, productivity, profitability and efficiency.

Dr. Johnson is a nationally recognized expert in the implications of the interaction of different generations and their own unique needs as it relates to the corporate environment. He is co-author of the book “Is Everyone On the Bus?”, and is a sought-after speaker for business conferences and corporate seminars. Dr. Johnson has taught leadership and organizational principles to senior executives of Fortune 100 companies, and is passionate about sharing his message with organizations throughout the United States.

Tracy Felmer

Tracy Felmer has more than 10 years of healthcare leadership experience. Ms. Felmer has experience in business and clinical operations during her tenure as nursing executive for a 150 bed Midwestern hospital. She has lead oversight of financial performance and clinical quality results for all inpatient care units, Emergency Department, hospital-based physician groups and ancillary departments. Additional healthcare experience includes memberships on the Medical Staff Executive Committee and the Board Committee on Health System Performance to measure, assess and improve clinical outcomes for the health system.

Ms. Felmer works collaboratively to improve both team and individual success utilizing current evidence-based business and health care practices. She has extensive experience in program development and business startups throughout her professional career.

At InitiativeOne Tracy is responsible for financial, marketing and operational performance of the company. Additionally, she works closely with clients to ensure successful implementation of all InitiativeOne programs. Her leadership experience and depth of knowledge of key leadership principles taught by InitiativeOne allow her to be an additional resource for clients.

Tim Felmer

With more than 20 years of strategic leadership experience, Tim brings a strong sales process perspective to his leadership portfolio with InitiativeOne.

Previously, Mr. Felmer has led dynamic sales teams in the Information Technology Industry.  Working with a variety of individuals including corporate representatives, field sales representatives and corporate executives, Tim is able to identify key opportunities and build successful, objective focused partnerships; driving value for both internal and external clients. His expertise includes translating big picture goals to specific plans of action, bridging communication across diverse groups and developing favorable solutions in challenging circumstances.

As Vice President of Business Development, Tim introduces prospective corporate clients to the patented InitiativeOne Leadership Processes and develops customized programs to assist leadership teams achieve improved performance, collaboration and confidence.
